☘️ St. Patrick’s Day at Eastbay Lodge ☘️
Live Music. Lake Air. A Little Irish Luck.
Eastbay Lodge is the premier lakefront gathering place on Lake Holcombe — part restaurant, part bar, part campground, part event center — and on St. Patrick’s Day, we lean all the way into what we do best: great music, great food, and the kind of camaraderie you don’t rush.
This year, we’re celebrating with Between Howls — a duo that brings depth, talent, and just the right amount of edge to the Bay.
🎶 About the Music
Between Howls features dynamic vocalist & violinist Ren Cooper Howl and guitarist / singer-songwriter Nick Muska Howl. Their sound blends folk, rock, and blues with a distinctive twist — reimagining favorites from artists past and present while weaving in their own original material.
The two met at the University of Wisconsin–Superior, first crossing paths through jazz ensembles and late-night house-party playlists. What started as stolen songs and shared influences quickly turned into something more.
Their live shows are known for being loose, interactive, and audience-driven — pulling requests, reading the room, and creating nights that feel spontaneous and unforgettable.
Since 2018, they’ve performed across the U.S., written and recorded extensively as frontmen for the touring and charting rock group One Less Guest, contributed to countless other artists’ projects, and even stepped into film scoring — including work recently debuted at Grauman’s TCL Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles.
After years as friends and bandmates, Ren & Nick were married in September 2023 and are currently recording a forthcoming all-original Between Howls album.
