Who Can Compete & How It Works

Eastbay Live is open to singers ages 13 and up, with limited spots available in each age division. Competitors will perform live in one of three classes:

• Next Wave | Ages 13–17
• Center Stage | Ages 18–50
• Northwoods Legends | Ages 50+

Each division will crown its own winner, with trophies awarded to all three champions. From there, the stakes rise. One overall winner will be chosen based on a blend of area judges’ scores and audience participation, proving that both talent and crowd connection matter.

That grand prize winner will be crowned “Legend of the Bay,” take home $500, and earn the opportunity to perform alongside regional duo Madlee in summer 2026. One night. One mic. One title everyone wants.

From brave first-timers to polished performers, this competition is designed to spotlight voices at every level in a fun, encouraging environment.

Competitors will perform in front of a live audience, local judges, and a room full of encouragement. It’s a chance to test yourself, build confidence, connect with the community, and compete for meaningful prizes, all in a relaxed, supportive environment.
